Your order

These terms apply to purchases from mindthefluff.co.uk. Product details, selected options and the total price are shown before you place your order. Please check your choices, delivery address and any custom measurements carefully. Contact us promptly if you notice a mistake; changes may be limited once production or dispatch has started.

Products and custom sizes

Our products are handmade. Print placement may vary between individual items, and colours can appear differently on different screens. This does not affect our responsibility to supply goods that match their description. For made-to-measure products, follow the measuring guide and provide the requested measurements when ordering. Contact us if you need help before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the product page and the total, including any delivery charge and applicable taxes, is displayed at checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than charge a different amount without your agreement.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, including custom sizes. Standard UK delivery is £3, or free on orders of £30 and up, and usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. See our shipping policy for details.

Returns, cancellation and faulty goods

We offer 30-day returns on unused, unpersonalised standard products. Made-to-measure or clearly personalised products are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your rights for faulty, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods are unaffected. See our return and refund policy for the full conditions, cancellation rights, costs and refund arrangements.

Use and care

Choose the correct size and use products as described. Check the fit and condition regularly, and replace damaged or worn equipment. Contact us if you have a product question.
