Each harness is handmade with multiple points of adjustment to ensure it fits your dog perfectly.
Yes, we do offer custom sizing! Please follow our guide on how to measure your dog accurately. If you need a custom-sized harness, simply add your details in the "note" section of your cart before checking out or send us an email with your measurements.
All of our accessories are machine washable. Just pop them in the washing machine at 30 degrees, and they’ll come out fresh and ready for your dog’s next adventure!
We offer free shipping on all orders over £30 within the UK. For orders under £30, a small shipping fee applies. We aim to make orders within 1-3 business days, and you can expect your items to arrive within 3-5 business days.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused and in their original condition. Please note that custom-sized harnesses are not refundable or exchangeable, as they are made specifically to fit your dog.
